By downloading or using Who'd Win? ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Who'd Win? is an AI-powered entertainment app. You enter two names and select a battle type, and the App generates a fictional, AI-written play-by-play result, including a winner. Results are generated for entertainment purposes only and are randomized — the same matchup can produce different outcomes on repeated attempts.

All battle results are fictional and generated by artificial intelligence. They are not statements of fact and do not reflect real events, real abilities, or the actual opinions of any person, character, or entity named. Nothing generated by the App should be interpreted as a factual claim about any real individual. The App is intended purely for fun.

You are responsible for the names and inputs you enter. By using the App you agree not to enter: names or content intended to harass, defame, or harm a real person; hateful, discriminatory, or offensive content; content that sexualizes, endangers, or involves minors; or any unlawful content. The App applies automated screening to inputs and may block certain entries, but you remain responsible for how you use the App. We reserve the right to restrict access for misuse.

By using the App you agree to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only; not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the App; not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App or its backend systems; and not attempt to circumvent usage limits or subscription controls.

The App offers optional auto-renewable premium subscriptions. Free users may generate a limited number of battles per day. Premium subscribers receive expanded daily access and additional features. Subscriptions are offered on a monthly and annual basis at the prices displayed in the App. Payment is charged to your Apple App Store account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

All content within the App, including its design, battle-generation system, branding, and code, is the property of Joshua Alvarez and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission. Names you enter remain your responsibility and are not owned by us; generated results are provided to you for personal, non-commercial use.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Battle results are AI-generated, fictional, and provided for entertainment only. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App. We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time without notice.

Joshua Alvarez shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or inability to use the App, including any reliance on AI-generated content.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Updates will be reflected on this page with a revised date.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
